Directions to Property
Coming from the M50; head northbound, pass through the West Link toll bridge and continue on the motorway until the very end. Keep following the signage for Malahide.
You will come to a roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the Malahide Road, (it is signposted M1 City / Malahide) at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit again onto the N32.

You will arrive at a major set of traffic lights and cross-roads, go straight through, passing by Total Fitness and The Clare Hall shopping Centre on the right. Go straight through the 1st roundabout and 1st left at the next roundabout onto The hole in the wall road.

Continue straight down the road until you reach Marrsfield development which is located on the right hand side. The marketing suite and show apartment is positioned at the end of the boulevard.

Coming from Dublin City Centre; From Pearse Street (heading towards Trinity College) continue until you pass Pearse Street Fire Station on the right hand side. At the traffic lights turn right onto Tara Street. At traffic lights continue forward onto Butt Bridge to cross the River Liffey.

At the traffic lights continue forward - veering right onto Beresford Place and you will see Buses on the left. Follow the road around and bear left onto Amiens Street which is signposted for Malahide / Howth / Fairview.

Continue straight up that road and forward onto the North Strand Road. At traffic signals take a left onto Malahide Road (signposted ?Malahide / Coolock).

Continue straight on this road all the way until you reach Clarehall Shopping Centre on the right hand side, turn right at this junction and continue straight through the roundabout and take the next left onto The hole in the wall road. Marrsfield development is located on the right hand side of the road. The marketing suite and show apartment is positioned at the end of the boulevard.
