From the Carrigrohane straight, take the road signposted for Killarney, passing the Anglers Rest Bar, take road signposted for Cloghroe, passing Cloghroe village and Blairs Inn. From Blairs Inn continue on R618 for 7 miles and take the left for Rylane, continue on for approx 3 miles and turn left at Crowley's Post Office.
