Each owner of a property automatically comes part of the management committee and depending on the person you can then become a director if you want. Fees are €500 a year and they have stayed the same for the past number of years. Fees cover the block insurance for each property (structure only) while contents must be insured by the individual. It also covers the lights, treatment plant, grass cutting, chartered secretary fees and general maintenance of the grounds etc. A chartered secretary is employed to keep the books, record & file all paperwork for the company. The fees are determined by the management committee (each owner) and can only be passed when voted on and discussed.
