In 1998, Bernadette Gallagher established an auctioneering company in Carrick on Shannon. It was a small company with Bernadette and one employee, but with determination and belief in the south Leitrim property market, it has grown from strength to strength. As a result of the continued and ongoing expansion the business moved premises and joined forces with Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide in 2005. Today the company is headed by Bernadette and 4 full time staff, and operates from spacious bright open plan office centrally located with good pedestrian and vehicular access. They are a member firm of the institute of professional auctioneers and valuers ( IPAV )
