Sherry FitzGerald O'Leary was established in 1997 by Michael O'Leary, originally trading under the name "Wexford Properties". The business quickly flourished and after joining the Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide franchise in 1999 it expanded at a rapid rate. The company grew from two people employed to currently 7 full time people. The firm has been particularly strong in the new homes market, which like all developing towns has seen tremendous growth in recent years.
Joining Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide has enabled them to offer their clients extensive exposure and access to the important Dublin market. They also found that they could bring in expertise in training, technology and marketing that would not normally be available to a smaller company.
