Hi, This is a great house located between Ballsbridge and Lansdowne village. The house is very spacious for two people, it has a large outdoor terrace which is west facing so enjoys lots of natural light from morning until night. Located close to the Lansdowne dart station and Tesco for travel and grocery shopping. This is also a great location for walks along the strand or to Herbert park. The available bedroom is an ensuite and it was recently painted and had new curtains and blinds put in. It is a large bedroom with a king size bed and plenty of storage space. I am 27 and from County Antrim. I have lived with other people on several occasions and I would say I am quite easy going and considerate. I like to keep the house tidy and in good shape. Im quite an active person between swimming, going to the gym and walks/ hikes. I also love going out with friends for food, coffee and drinks too. Let me know a little bit about yourself - cheers
