House is in Lisdoo, Dundalk exactly 1.5km (20mins walk) from the Dundalk bus station and town center. (Aldi, Applegreen, subway 10mins walk from the house).. 6Km from DKIT(bike/cycle preferred or bus service to college available in 8minutes walk from the house) The house is fully furnished, warm, has a big garden and parking space(one car). The room is suitable for short term stay. Bills not included (Deposit to be paid upfront to book the room and 1st month rent will be paid on move in date) One month prior notice to be given before moving out. I'm looking for friendly, kind, easy going, clean and tidy person. IMPORTANT !!!!!! A personal request...Cooking meat or sea food is alone not allowed in the kitchen as am really allergic to it (I do not have any problem with tenants eating meat in the house but only avoid cooking it in the kitchen as much as possible since I had bad experience with the previous tenant when informed prior)..
