The airport at Indreabhan, with scheduled flights to Arainn / the Aran Islands, is located 12km away. A ferry link to the islands is located at Ros an Mhil (Rosaveel), 19km away. A bus stop, from where you can catch a bus to Galway City or travel west towards An Cheathru Rua (Carraroe) or Leitir Meallain (Lettermullen), is located in the village, a 15 min walk away.
