Dublin Host Families are proud to offer a twin bedroom in this newly renovated semi detached property located only 9.5 kilometres from Dublin City Centre. Ideally located close to TU Dublin (Blanchardstown), Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, Damastown Business Campus. Castleknock Train Station is a short walk and there are several buses only minutes from the house. All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) The rate for the room is €140 per person per week (twin sharing) and it is paid every month in advance. The Host will ask for a refundable security deposit that is returned when leaving the house. (€500) The rooms are en suite and have TVs, Armchairs and table and dining chairs which offer an excellent standard of accommodation.
