One bedroom has become available in a 4 bedroom house in Fairview. The house has a kitchen, sitting room, a full bathroom as well as an additional toilet, and a nice garden. The area is really nice, has local pubs and cafes and is very close to the seafront in clontarf and easily accessible for town. There is currently 3 other house mates, all women late 20s and early 30s. Were looking for a female house mate, non- smoker only. Everyone is very friendly, and the house is a very chill environment. Everyone general works during the week, and everyone chips in with cleaning etc to keep the house tidy. The street is paid parking. There's no availability for permanent permits for the road. You can get temporary permits or park on adjacent roads, if needed.
