Ideally situated close to INTEL and Hewlett Packard and only a short stroll to Leixlip Train Station.
All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)
The host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (1 weeks rent)
The rate for the room is €140 per week (5 nights per week) & €180 per week (7 nights per week) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.
The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
