We are looking for housemates who are tidy, organized, and considerate. Two large bedrooms available. You will be sharing a new 3 bedroom house with an independent IT professional. Rooms/House: Bright and warm this house is extremely energy efficient, with an air exchange system and hot water solar panels to further reduce energy bills. Modern kitchen with brand new appliances. Spacious bedrooms. Any additional furniture (e.g. desk, chair, lamp, etc.) will be provided if needed. Designated parking space. Located in a newly built, very quiet and safe residential area. Bedroom 1 (ensuite): €1150 per month Bedroom 2 (sole use of the master bathroom): €950 per month.
