A spacious double en-suite (with private bathroom) available in the apartment right in the Blanchardstown Centre, complete with all necessary furniture and a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookers, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. You'll be sharing the apartment with me, an IT consultant in his early 30s, enjoy video games, basketball, and badminton in the spare time. I don't smoke, but if you do, you're welcome to use the balcony. The apartment is ideally located in the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, with excellent transport links including numerous buses (39A, 39X, 39, 37, 238, N4, W4 etc.), trains, and also shuttle buses to nearby business parks. The nearest gym is just a 3-minute walk away, and the Millennium Park is right next to the building. I'm looking for a flatmate who is easy-going, and respectful of personal space.
