Description

Double room available in a brand new house in Knocknacarra until August 30th 2024. The house is A2 rated and everything within is brand new and also has underfloor heating downstairs. Myself and my girlfriend own the house but work in Dublin full time until september so only get down every couple of weekends meaning it will mostly be just the tenants. One other room is rented out so two in total. Internet, sky tv and bins are included in the rent although electricity is charged monthly and split evenly between the tenants and owners. Bus stop is a 15 minute walk with supermarkets such as Dunne's, Lidl, aldi and Tesco nearby. We are looking for quiet, considerable and respectful people to look after our home and this is not a party house. We would need one month's rent in advance of moving in as well as a deposit which would be a month's rent.
