It is located in Castlebridge village less than 5km from Wexford town. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house. The loop bus services Wexford town. There is also a pub, take away, garage, shop/deli, hair dressers, local park and pharmacy all within a couple minutes walking distance of the house. The house is also on the road to Curracloe beach, and the public swimming pool, both can be reached in approx. ten minutes or less by car. The house has a large private front and back garden. The kitchen is large and open plan. There is also a large sitting room with wood burning stove. All the bedrooms are big. The double rooms both have king size beds. The other two have double beds. The double room with ensuite has a brand new bathroom (only fitted in April). Minimum stay is 3 nights. Prices for 1 week stay are negotiable. The home owner is in a room downstairs. They will not have any reason to be in the upstairs of the house. They will also have their own bathroom downstairs.
