It's worth noting the curved staircase might be tricky for little ones, and though it isn't the most soulful home, it's bright, comfortable and fantastic location-wise. Find your way to golf courses, waterparks, and other tourist attractions in minutes when you're not at the beach. The intelligent lighting system that adjusts to the time of day to save energy is a nice touch. Home truths: *As there are stairs to climb to the bedrooms, it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility. *Stag and hen parties – or any other groups of guests under the age of 25 – are not allowed here. *This home is located within an apartment building, with a shared entrance. Expect to bump into other guests during your stay. *You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started. The nearest supermarket is a short walk away. *There's a dedicated office space here for when you need to catch up on work during your stay.
