Take the left at the first crossroads signposted Blackwater. Continue on this road for approx. 7 mins until you reach Blackwater village. Take the right hand turn at the T junction. Continue on this road R742 for 1km until you reach a large crossroads with four exits. Take the exit directly in front of you and continue down this lane for approx. 850 metres until you reach another T junction. Take the left hand turn and the property is 500 metres down the lane on the left.
