What is the most expensive Dart or Luas stop to live by?

Ever wondered which of the many stops on the Dart and Luas is the most expensive? We took a look at our data and found out exactly the average cost of buying a three bedroom semi-detached home close to a Luas or Dart station.

Buying a house near a Dart station in Dublin’s Southside proved to be the most expensive with Sandymount averaging €788k. Sydney Parade and Dalkey both come in at €716k while Sandycove and Glasthule were the third most expensive with €705k.

But what about stops along the new Luas extension? They have an average asking price of €347k.
