We have a cosy room available for rent in our holistic health practice in Raheny. The welcoming practice is already in use by an medical doctor and shaman, 2 psychotherapists and a physiotherapist. We are seeking a kind soul to join us in nurturing this gorgeous safe space on a monthly rental basis. The room for rent is E800 and includes all electricity, wifi, secure alarm, commercial rates and a cleaner that comes often to attend to communal spaces. There is also a shared kitchen area for making tea, a microwave and a small fridge. The room can accommodate seated consultations but is ideal for plinth work, and we are happy for you to put your own touch to your space so it feels right to you. Someone involved in complimentary care may feel very at home here. Raheny village is a vibrant place close to all amenities and multiple transport links. It is approximately 2 minutes walk from Raheny Dart station and also the H1, H2, H3 and 6 bus routes. There is a taxi rank just across the road, in addition to plenty of on street parking. Parking is paid on street in front of the practice but there is free parking with 2 minutes walk. There will be a 6 month settling in period, after which we are happy to provide a long term lease. We require proof of current professional insurance cover prior to rental.
