Athlone Care Clinic is ideally located in the heart of Athlone, across from Golden Island Shopping centre and above Yackisobas, the Honey Pot and Eir retail units. We offer a wide range of therapeutic services including, psychotherapy, play therapy, art therapy, hypnosis, medical massage and psychology. There are two access points, the first at the side of the building and the second at the back through the Belhavel courtyard which offers further discretion. The clinic offers beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable consultation rooms overlooking Golden Island shopping centre. We also offer two fully fitted therapeutic play/art therapy rooms and a large training room fit for yoga, exercise classes or workshops. Capacity for exercise/standing activity approx. 10 people comfortably. 30 people sitting. The rates include light, heat, rates, management fees, tea/coffee facilities, Wifi, free parking at golden island and, cleaning supplies. The building is secure with intercom access. Rooms are suitable for counselling, medical, physio or aesthetic use. Room Rates: Full monthly rates are €600 per month per room. This option means the room is entirely yours and dose not require you to share the space with anyone else. Daily rate consultation room €60, Playroom rate €70 Other availability can be arranged at €10 per hour or 4 hours for €30 broken down into 3 daily spaces from 9am - 1pm, 1pm - 5pm or 5pm - 9pm. Training Room is 970sq ft. €40 per 1.5 hours, €120 half day (from 8am - 2pm or 2pm - 8pm) or €180 per day. Special rates apply for multi-day bookings and consistency. We offer referrals at no extra charge and tenants have the option of being showcased on our website and socials. All fees are paid 1 month in advance.
