This is a unique opportunity to trade at the one of the Dublin’s busiest DART stations. Clontarf Road serves c.3,740 passengers daily (2024). Unit: • The coffee/food kiosk must be fully mobile and self-sufficient for water, power and waste. • A ‘silent’ generator for power is a requirement to prevent disturbance to the surrounding area. • Upon execution of the license, the licensee shall be responsible for providing and installing a suitable portable toilet (Portaloo) to ensure appropriate staff welfare facilities. Lease Terms/Details: - Offers in excess of €6,000p.a (plus VAT) or 8% of turnover, whichever is higher. - Experienced retailers preferred. - 1 year licence. - Minimum trading hours are 07:00 -15:00 Monday – Friday incl., and such other hours at the Licensee’s discretion and Irish Rail’s agreement.
