Community volunteers with Herbertstown & District Mens Shed and Herbertstown Development Association have established Herbertstown Hub CLG, a community social enterprise to develop and operate The Store building under a long-term community lease from Limerick City & County Council. Herbertstown Hub will offer The Store Café and Community Garden, the permanent base for the Herbertstown & District Mens Shed and Business spaces for services and offices, including remote working, while renovating the currently derelict building.
