Location This is a unique opportunity to trade at the Mullingar train station which serves c.1,714 passengers daily (2025). The station serves Dublin Connolly, Sligo, Maynooth, Longford and M3 Parkway, it also is the location of one of Iarnród Éireann’s regional offices. Licensed area: An area in the station car park, adjacent to the station entrance. Requirement: The coffee/food truck must be fully mobile and self-sufficient for water and waste. Licence Terms/Details: - Offers in excess of €4,000p.a (plus VAT) or 6% of turnover, whichever is higher. - Experienced retailers preferred. - 1 year licence. - Minimum trading hours are 07:00 -15:00 Monday – Friday incl., and such other hours at the Licensee’s discretion and landlord’s agreement.
