The lands are laid out in several neat divisions, are of good quality and have the ability of being excellent grazing ground following slight reclamation and reseeding. The lands are suitable for cattle only. It is a condition of the letting that the lands are to be mulched when the ground conditions are suitable no later than May 30th.
