Heffernan Estates invite proposals for the lease of the LAST REMAINING site being the rear portion of the Supervalu Car park in the centre of Macroom town. The site measures 0.20 hectares (0.33 acres) and is presented with security fencing, a power supply and a hard tar-mac surface. The adjoining site now let contain a transport depot. The site has vehicular access through Barretts Place and pedestrian access from Main Street. Proposals for this last remaining site are now invited.
