- Basic annual rent - to be proposed by applicant (offers in excess of '¬10,000 p.a.).
- 10% of annual turnover - non-negotiable.
(Rent payable = basic rent or turnover rent, whichever is greater).
4. Trade and Landlord references.

Interested Parties should satisfy themselves that the kiosk is suitable for their needs and are in a position to enter into a 5 year lease.
Please note:
Whilst important, the financial offer will not be the deciding factor when considering the proposals received.
Consideration will be given to other factors such as the customer experience, strength of branding and correlation with other users (if any) in the Station.
