The lands are laid out in two neat divisions with cattle handling facilities thereon. There are pillars and uprights located in the centre of the farm between the two divisions which can facilitate further handling facilities or cattle pen. Grazing on the lands can commence March 1st on each year of the term and the lands must be stripped no later than December 1st with no outwintering of stock or storage of bales thereon.
