The TU Dublin Business Incubation Centre at the LINC building on the Blanchardstown Campus features own door office units of various sizes suitable for teams of 1-4 and up to 18 persons. The monthly fee varies by office size but start at €583. We also have a coworking space for hot-desking if preferred. These are available on a renewable 12-month basis with the all-inclusive fee covering lighting, power, heating, wifi, basic furnishings and weekly cleaning. The notice period is three months. Clients can book 3x meetings rooms online, free of charge and there is an onsite cafe. Ample parking on-site, parking charges apply but can be paid daily or annually (c.€6.70/month). These spaces are suitable for early-stage entrepreneurs and growing startups in technology and knowledge-led businesses. TD Dublin also has Business Incubation Centres with own-door offices and coworking spaces on our Grangegorman and Tallaght campuses. We also have office space in Citywest Business Campus.
