Dublin Airport is less than a 45 minute drive away, while the affluent coastal suburbs of Dun Laoghaire, Seapoint and Blackrock are all under 15 minutes away via car. The surrounding suburban settlements include Foxrock, Cabinteely, Leopardstown and Carrickmines. The Park, Carrickmines is a short drive from the subject site and is the premier retail park in Ireland.
