In the written statement attached to the Fingal County Development Plan 2023-2029 Objective GB is to ‘Protect and provide for a Greenbelt vision’ – “Create a rural/urban Greenbelt zone that permanently demarcates the boundary (i) between the rural and urban areas, or (ii) between urban and urban areas.
