The existing quarry commenced operation in the 1940’s. The quarry was operated by Carrigeen Newtown Stone Quarries Ltd and subsequently DJW Quarries. ASM Geospatial produced a detailed winnable extraction plan covering both the permitted and unpermitted volumes, giving any incoming operator a clear, actionable roadmap to production. MTS Laboratories carried out a full range of material tests, confirming the quality and commercial viability of the quarry. A LiDAR drone survey of the entire site has been completed, providing highly accurate existing ground level data to underpin all technical reporting.
