The Mount Saint Annes development was designed by one of the tenants of The Chapel, award-winning Irish Architecture firm, O Mahony Pike. The development was constructed by Park Developments and comprises 650 residential units constructed on 4 acres of landscaped parkland. The development includes a Victorian convent which has been converted to residential use, a late Georgian style house, and the original Chapel, which are now in office use. Description: The Chapel at Mount Saint Annes in Milltown is a rare example of a perfect synergy between old and new, where a historic Chapel meets modern office accommodation. The 18th Century Chapel was meticulously converted and now provides 11,806 sq ft of modern office space finished and fitted to a very high standard.
