24-26 City Quay is a Grade A, LEED Gold Certification building with prominent location along the River Liffey. The building was extensively refurbished with a new reception, building services and to  a BER A3 rating. The vacant second and third floor extending to 33,348 sq. ft. (16,674 sq. ft. each) are offered by way of sublease/ assignment until May 2029.
