You will then receive an email from Occu, through the Keyholder platform, inviting you to enter the lottery process. Step 2: Following the lottery selection process, if successful you will receive a notification from Occu through Keyholder letting you know that you have progressed to the screening stage. You will then be invited to submit the required documentation within 72 hours. Step 3: Once you have submitted the required documentation the team at Occu will review your application. All applications are reviewed in order of their number in the lottery sequence. Step 4: If the team at Occu require any further information or documentation to support your application they will request this through Keyholder. Once your application has been fully reviewed, you will receive a notification from Keyholder to let you know whether your application has been approved or declined. Step 5: If your application is approved, Occu will then contact you and invite you to view your allocated apartment, select a move in date and start the process of drawing up your lease agreement.
