Hi, we're looking to assign the lease for our 1-bedroom apartment in Cherrywood ASAP as we'll be relocating at the end of May. You will be able to move in from the 1st of June. The apartment is on the first floor of the Tully building with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The building offers numerous amenities, including access to a gym located within the Hunt building, which is included with the rent. The water and WiFi are also included in the rent. There are community hubs and office spaces free to use, and you can get a parking spot in the underground car park, which costs €75 extra per month. Also, pet-friendly, but there is an extra fee. The apartment is fully furnished, and we will leave behind some of the stuff we have here (if you want!) The apartment is perfect for commuting, the LUAS Cherrywood green line stop is directly outside the building, less than a 30-second walk from the building entrance. Hali are the building owners, and they will be the ones to accept your application once we refer you, or the application can be done via email.
