I’m renting out my lovely apartment and looking for someone easygoing, clean, and respectful. The apartment is bright, spacious, and in a fantastic location. Quite a bit of refurbishment has gone on in the last few years with windows, floors, bathrooms, radiators and kitchen units all replaced. More photos to come. 4km to the Spire. 3 minute walk to bus stop servicing two lines. 2 minute walk to a lovely park with a river. 20 minute walk to Phibsboro. Very close to M50 and Botanic Gardens. Parking available. You’ll have full access to everything: your own double ensuite bedroom, the living room, kitchen, family bathroom, desk and monitor setup and all common areas. One of the rooms will remain off-limits, as it’s set aside for occasional personal use—but I won’t be around much, so you'll have the place to yourself most of the time.
