Large room in our home with own private entrance and no access to main house. Room is a studio apartment, kitchenette, living/ dining area, double bed, en suite shower room. Car is essential as we live in a rural location. Very peaceful. We usually let to a student. No laundry facilities. Spotlessly clean, modern, bright, comfortable.
