THANKS :-) This is a great opportunity for somebody who is flexible and easygoing like myself! I live in London and spend one long weekend home a month (4 nights) and wish to rent the property for the rest of the month apart from these few days. During these 4 days the house is not available to the tenant so before replying please assess if this is practical. It's available until early June 2027 when I will be moving home for the summer. The larger bedroom is available to the tenant and I keep the smaller. However you have the space of a 2 bedroom property to live in. As this is in between a house share and house rental the price reflects this. I'm happy to answer any questions by email as I realise it’s a little unusual. I’ve done this for the last 10 years and it’s always worded very well. The most recent tenant spent a second year with me and has bought locally. They would be happy to speak to any prospective tenant to advise how it worked practically. If interested please send an email with as much info as possible and indicating that you are happy with this arrangement and can take it from there. This makes it easier for me to know who to reply to as the last time I posted it for rent I had 500 emails in 24 hours and it was obvious most people hadn't read the ad and sent a copy and paste reply.
