The flat is fully furnished, with a well appointed kitchen, with washer & dryer, dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. There is a garden, parking, and space to store a bicycle in the garage. This is a short commute from the hospital & ring road, with plenty of shops nearby, and would suit someone with a car or e-bike. This unit falls under the rent a room scheme as a self contained unit, and most rules around renting a property apply with the exception of section 25, security of tenure.
