Hello everyone, We have a unique space (in-house apartment-ish style) in our house in the countryside of South Galway (near Loughrea) that we are hoping to rent to an easy-going, friendly person or two people together, for this one bedroom apartment. The setup: you would share our front door, but down one flight of stairs you would find your lovely enclosed/private section of the lower floor of the main house. It consists of: 2 medium-sized rooms which we currently have set up as 1 double bedroom and 1 living/sitting room. There has been a new hardwood kitchen built into the hallway with an induction stove (no gas) and an airfryer and/or microwave (instead of oven). You'd have your own private small toilet room with a nice big shower. The space is currently partially furnished but can be unfurnished no problem if that's your preference! It is a small but lovely space with great morning light and quite nice views of sections of the grass and garden outside. Beautiful old stone floors with a wood burning stove to keep as toasty as you like. Access to communal garden space and poly-tunnel (greenhouse) available with good communication:) We are asking for 750e monthly and a deposit please ! Bills are not included but are quite low since they are shared between the whole house:) Can give a break down if you want to send me a pm. No smoking inside the property please! We have 2 cats who roam the main house and chickens outside so preferably looking for people who like being around animals. This space is only suitable for up to two people maximum as there is only one double bedroom.
