Located in a housing estate called Ashington the house is a mid -terrace 990sq ft house that is being entirely refurbished presently. The house has a front drive for parking (2 x cars) and a very quiet back paved garden. The picture is not of my house but identical. The beauty of this house is that it is located within 5 minutes walk to Pelletstown Station. From this station you can access Connolly Station for commuter Dart. Or indeed you can jump off at the closest station (Broombridge) and access all Luas lines. This gives you access to many parts of the city and beyond. The house is ideal for people renovating their homes and who want to use their own furniture. This avoids the necessity for storing beds etc. The reason I am doing it on this basis is that I had to rent a furnished house during my renovations and storing furniture for any period is not good for its longevity. As such, I would require proof that any prospective tenant is undertaking work on their home.
