The room comes fully furnished with a new bed, fresh sheets, and everything you’d need to move in comfortably. The property is A-rated, making it very warm, energy-efficient, and comfortable year-round. Downstairs features a modern open-plan kitchen and living space with plenty of natural light, along with a guest WC and a small private back garden. The house is located in a quiet, well-kept development with a calm and relaxed feel. The bedroom is upstairs and includes its own private en-suite bathroom, offering a great level of comfort and privacy. This is a two-bedroom house, however only one en-suite double room is available for rent. The second bedroom is not for rent and is retained for my own use. That said, you will have full use of the entire house, including the kitchen, living space, and garden and due to my work commitments, I will be away the vast majority of the time. In reality, this will feel much closer to having your own private house than a typical house share, with a high level of space, independence, and privacy.
