Terms; Please note it is a 12-month fixed-term lease. It also has been recognised that "under current law (Residential Tenancies Act 2004 as amended), that this tenancy is subject to a Tenancy of Minimum Duration and may continue on a rolling basis for up to six years from it's commencement date. The statutory rights and limitations on termination applying to tenancies crates from the 1st March 2026 are incorporated into this agreement and contract. All utility bills will be registered in tenants' own names and they will be responsible for payment of gas , electricity, refuse bins, Wi-Fi, etc. Rental is €1600 per calendar month. The security deposit required is €1600. This will be returned on vacation of the premises after inspection are carried out to ensure there is no damage to the premises etc. Required is a full initial payment of €3200, which is the first month’s rent and security deposit of one month. A full contract lease with all other specifications needs to be acknowledged, signed by all parties with a witness present and strictly abided by.
