Close to the city about 20 minutes walk is this hidden gem on the Lower Glanmire Road. The kitchen and living room are on first floor and have the benefit of being separated. Upstairs on the top floor is the main bedroom and there is a lovely view from there of the river. On the ground floor is the bathroom with instant electric shower. Parking is available by residents permit with Cork City Council but you cannot park outside the door as the street is pedestrian only. It is close enough and flat enough to walk to city centre.
