BELLEVUE TERRACE, Cobh, Co. Cork

This is a lovely old three bedroomed house with magnificent views over Cork harbour. I am offering two of the bedrooms for rent as I share this house for my occasional trips over to Ireland for work. There is a large sitting room overlooking the harbour and a dining room and kitchen downstairs. The bathroom is at the back of the house on the ground floor. The house has been repainted recently and has had new carpets put in. It has a relatively new bathroom, with a bath and a shower. In the kitchen there is again a relatively new cooker with an induction hob and a washer/dryer. The house has oil fired central heating and electric is on pay as you go. The house is completely furnished and equipped and is ready to move into. We have parking space in front of the house as we are on a very quiet cul-de sac where there is no through traffic. There is a school just below the house and it is only a five minute walk into the centre of the pretty town of Cobh. There are rail connections directly to Cork City and the train journey is very short. The town itself offers lots of restaurants and bars and has the fabulous Heritage Centre showing the full history of the town and the Titanic disaster.
