You'd be living next to two artists/designers. We'd love to find a kind, friendly, independent person who keeps busy and is productive. We are in our 30-40's and would like people/ a person our age to rent our annex. We think our home as an artistic sanctuary and would like to live next to an upbeat social individual who of course can have their space as much as they like but also spends time outside and is social. Must be clean, mindful, tidy and respectful of the space. we are artists who are against animal cruelty and oppression. Car needed as it is in the countryside and the nearest bus or train is in Boyle. If you don't have a car, you can join us when we go to Carrick On Shannon to shop for food. There's a bike available. Lots of great hiking within reach - Carrowkeel and Keash Caves. Monthly rent is 800 euro plus 150 for bills includes Wifi, heat, electricity, rubbish/bins.
