Separate entrance and full privacy. 1 large en suite double room upstairs, with a large sitting room, and small kitchenette, downstairs. Garda vetting, driving licence and reference essential. No public transport going past the house, so bike or car would be needed if going into town (bus runs from Centra, which is 4km away. Please phone to discuss if interested. Our first preference would be Mon - Fri, digs type arrangement, but would agree to full time rental for the right candidate.
