Sea Breeze is a rustic beach cottage just 40 minutes away from Dublin. It has direct access to the beach and private garden, as well as stunning views of the ocean and Wicklow mountains from a large deck. The property is next to the bird sanctuary (East Coast Nature Reserve) with long walks and three bird hides. There are also extensive coastal walks to Greystones and Wicklow town - 5 miles in each direction. It is extremely quiet and private and best suited for people who love the outdoors and rural living. This cosy cottage was built in 1836 and has an open fireplace, underfloor heating throughout and a spacious patio for sunny days. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. The living space is open-plan with a large dining room table and a relaxing lounge area. We also have all the mod cons including a dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom has a power shower and a washer-dryer as well as underfloor heating, a heated mirror and a heated towel rail. It is cosy in the winter with the open fire and fantastic in the summer if you like the beach and the outdoors. Not the Ritz, but full of rustic charm. Fibre broadband has been installed, but new contracts will be needed for internet and electricity. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for parents with young infants as it is adjacent to an active train line. You will also need a car, as it's 2 miles from the nearest town and bus service.
