The cedars, Tullamore, Co. Offaly

This house is a 4 bed semi detached house and was my home. It is decorated to a high standard and I am looking for someone to look after it and make it their home. There is lots of storage in the house. The house is very energy efficient. There is a new outdoor boiler working at 97.8% efficiency at its last servicing. There is a wood burning stove which has a back boiler that heats the radiators and water as a secondary heating source. There are 3 new exterior doors and it was fully insulated (walls and attic pumped). It takes very little to heat the house, so it is very economical in that respect. There are 2 double rooms with one en-suite. A shared bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet off the utility room. There is a small single room upstairs and a larger single room downstairs which has been extended. It was used as a playroom and then an office. The house has a small front garden and a good sized back garden for a semi - detached house. If you do not want the hassle of mowing grass, cutting back a small hedge and keeping the back yard in a good condition then this house is not for you. The house is rented unfurnished, as the last tenants wanted it unfurnished. They are moving out as they have bought their own home. It only has an oven and a fridge. There are some items like a couch, dinning table, queen beds and single bed which I can get but unfurnished is my preference. 3 bedrooms have built in wardrobe. One single room (downstairs) has no furniture as it was used as an office. The attic has been floored so there is a lot of storage. There is a small shed in the back yard for bikes, lawnmower etc..
