Parchment Square, Model Farm Road Cork is the leading student accommodation complex hosting CIT and other students for the past 15 years. Parchment Square is the ultimately convenient location for students of CIT, having direct access from the Parchment Square complex to the CIT campus. From the initial plans to the final fit out and furnishing, every aspect of student housing needs has been researched and carefully implemented in our fully equipped apartments, including broadband in every bedroom. To maximise both security and convenience for our residents, our secure complex includes 170 designated parking spaces, laundry facilities and a reception office. Our accommodation is constantly reviewed with an emphasis on the highest standards of safety and the security of our students at all times. During Summer 2017 we invested heavily in upgrading our fire safety systems and parking areas so that we now have an ultra- modern fire safety system throughout the entire complex, as well as high standard car park areas including designated protected pedestrian walkways. In addition, we have extensive CCTV coverage through the complex, with security staff on duty as needed, as well as a 24 hour helpline available to our residents.
